BTB Rewards Program
1. How do I sign up for a BTB Rewards account?

2. Do I need a mobile device to participate in the BTB Rewards program?
a. Yes, you need a mobile number to sign up for the BTB Rewards program.
3. How can I view my BTB Rewards balance?

4. How do I earn points?
a. You earn 2 points for every $1 spent on drink and food purchases made when you use your BTB Rewards account. Points will not be earned on tips, tax, merchandise, or gift card purchases.
b. BTB Rewards members will have the opportunity to earn double points through various bonus point promotions offered. Follow up on social media to keep tabs on these promotions!
c. Points are earned via online orders, mobile orders, and in-store purchases (excluding merchandise, tax, tips, and gift card purchases) when you check out using your BTB Rewards account.
5. Do rewards ever expire?
a. Yes, rewards points expire after 1 year.
6. I’m missing points from my last visit - how do I get them?
a. Please reach out to Support@BigTopBrew.com with a copy of your receipt and the phone number associated with your BTB Rewards account, and we will be happy to assist you.
7. How do I redeem a reward on a mobile order?
a. When you check out in the mobile app, you will see the option to “apply rewards”. Eligible rewards can be selected as payment to apply to your order.
8. How do I redeem a reward for an online order?
a. If you are logged in online, you will see the option to “apply rewards” when you check out for your online order. Eligible rewards can be selected to apply to your order payment.
9. Can I upload my receipt to receive rewards points?
a. You will not be able to upload your receipt to collect points if you forgot to input your BTB Rewards account info at the time of purchase. To get points added to your account, please email: Support@BigTopBrew.com with an image of your receipt and the phone number associated with the account.
13. Do you need to be a BTB Reward member to send and receive digital Big Top Brew E-gift cards?
a. No! Digital gift cards can be purchased online and can be sent, received, and redeemed by anyone. Recipients of a digital gift card will need to print their gift email or present it on their phone to the barista when redeeming for in-store purchases. Gift cards can also be used for online purchases by entering the gift card number when prompted.
14. Can I purchase physical gift cards?
Not at this time.

1. Do you have any gluten free options?
a. Any gluten-free options are noted on our menu. Please note that we cannot guarantee items are fully gluten-free, as items may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, and gluten. Gluten-free products are made without ingredients containing gluten. We cannot guarantee that any products are allergen-free because we share equipment to prepare, store, and serve all items.

a. There’s something to be said for having the choice to make your drinks as unique as you are, which is why we have over 30 different flavor options available to customize your favorite Big Top Brew treat, including 20+ sugar-free choices.

4. Do you offer milk alternatives?
a. We offer a wide variety of milk alternatives, including oat, corn, coconut, and almond milks.
5. Can I customize my drink?
a. Please do! There are a variety of ways you can customize your drink order with our 50+ flavor options, including sugar-free and alternative milks.
6. Do you offer breakfast options?
a. We offer a great selection of grab-and-go items such as muffins, pastries, breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, and more.
7. Do you offer lunch options?
a. Not at this time, but we will be introducing Limited Time Offerings in the near future.
8. How do I submit a drink idea?
a. Now you’re talking! We would love to hear from you. Make sure to shoot us an email at: Info@BigTopBrew.com with your flavor creations.
9. What if I have food allergens?
a. We do have many options that are free of peanuts and other nuts, however, our menu items may contain or come into contact with common allergens (i.e. dairy, eggs, wheat, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, and gluten.

1. Do you offer military or first responder discounts?
a. Yes! All military (both active and retired) and 1st responders (as identified by ID.me) will receive a 10% discount on their purchases.

a. Yes, we have a beautiful, some say even “instagrammable”, outdoor seating area with covered picnic tables.
8. Are dogs allowed in your patio area?
a. We’re all about the dogs here at Big Top Brew and we encourage you to enjoy our patio area with your furry friends! We even built in a water fountain especially designed just for them! And for their reward, ask us for a free pup cup!
b. Please be mindful of others and make sure your dog(s) are always on a leash and under your control at all times.
9. Where do I pick up my mobile order?
a. Mobile orders can be picked up by going through our drive-thru or visiting our walk-up window.
10. Do you offer delivery?
a. Not at this time.

1. Do you sell Big Top Brew swag?
a. Not at this time, but stay tuned as we’re already receiving a lot of requests.
2. What is your return and exchange policy?
a. We’re happy to help with exchanges within 30 days of purchase for merchandise as long as the item is unworn, in new condition, and still has the original tags. At this time, we do not accept returns.
3. Do you sell drinkware and other Big Top Brew swag online?
a. Great question! Not at this time, but stay tuned because we’ve been getting a lot of requests for this.
